ANTHONY SLATTON, Co-Founder

I've been into photography for over 30 years. I received my first Nikon EM from my dad, and photography has been a passion ever since. It is important that the word passion is used, because photography is so much more than a job or hobby for me. I love the way that images tell stories and invoke memories and emotions, like love and laughter. I am so blessed when I am able to capture and preserve life long memories that can be shared for generations. 

I have had professional training including but not limited to Certificates and Awards. Photography allows creative vision, interpretation and creativity. It is my desire to always get as close as possible to your vision, or to help create the vision with you.

DAWN STEPHENS, Co-Founder

I am Dawn R. Stephens, the D in DNA Photography.  My love and passion for photography began at an age where I was beginning to discovering life...my teens.  In discovering the world around me, I also discovered I possessed a unique vision and eye for photography. I have worked in the photography industry for over 20 years and through the lens I have developed the passion, love and lasting memories that exist in the lives I have been honored to touch.  This love and passion has lead me to classes and seminars in both Chicago and New York, as well as allowed me to shoot with New York photographers who share the same passion.  Photography has given me the opportunity to capture precious and intimate moments between newborns and their proud and loving families to nervous brides on their wedding day, from our now President Obama's community debate to Patti LaBelle leaving me with "Remember, when you look at me, you ain't looking at no punk!"
